Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied for Citi’s sophomore leadership program with IB as my first preference. Went though a hirevue with 3 behavioral questions, 90 seconds per answer.
Was selected for a first round phone interview, second round phone interview, and then Superday in NYC, which consisted of three, 1-1 30 minute interviews. The first rounds were all behavioral with two analysts from my target. The final round was with 2 MDs and one analyst, and was behavioral as well. Citi made it strictly behavioral, so I would prep answers to teamwork/leadership questions. Also, 3400 kids applied for 36 spots, so its super competitive and also diversity oriented.
