I applied via my on-campus recruiting website. First interview was a 30 minute 2 on 1 interview on campus. Next I went to their superday at their Dallas office. One other candidate and I spent an hour in a room with an HR supervisor reviewing a case they presented us with and making notes. Then I had 4 separate 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews - first a difficult technical interview with the investment specialist, then I presented my case findings to an associate, then a behavioral interview with an associate and lastly a mostly behavioral interview with the director of the group.
