Commercial Banking Analyst

I was contacted by an alumni regarding an open position at Citi at which point I emailed him my resume and cover letter. I was selected for an interview which took place at my school's career center (even though I did not apply through my university's career website). The interviewees were my alumni connection and the manager for the DC office. Questions were mostly behavioral/fit and they focused heavily on my past experience. I was later contacted by Citi's HR coordinator for the commercial bank about coming in for second round interviews. Second round interviews took place at my future office and again focused on my past experience. There were no technical questions asked. Second round interviewees included my future manager, another manager in the office, and a credit officer at the bank. I was alerted of my offer via a phone call from the HR coordinator a few weeks later.
