Commercial Banking Analyst

The process started with a basic phone screening from HR, all typical resume and behavioral questions, very easy. The second interview was about a month after this with an associate of a different office than I was interviewing for. This interview was more in depth and more focused on my interest and general knowledge of commercial banking. Still mainly fit questions, however, I was asked generally about the current economy, interest rates, and basic credit and accounting technicals about the three financial statements. My superday invite came about another month or so after this second interview. I was one of about 28 candidates and they were looking to fill about 6 positions. I had 4 interviews, all based on fit and resume and there was one group case study which consisted of reading a case and discussing possible solutions as a group in front of a panel of about 4 "judges". This case study was not technical but moreso based on your ability to work in a group and discuss ideas with others while coming to a final informed solution.
