Corporate Banking Summer Analyst

First round: in person interview on campus with a director and associate. Asked pretty basic questions with some light technicals.

Superday: Virtual, 3 30 minute interviews, 2 behavioral, 1 technical. Behavioral interviews were very standard. Technical interview was very difficult for corporate banking in particular. The people I networked with said I should prepare mainly accounting and credit based technicals, but the interview consisted of almost entirely valuation. Went over the 3 techniques in depth and even got questions later on a LBO and DCF.
