Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview with HR (Behavioral). Interview with direct manager of TMT group, which consisted of both behavioral and a few technical questions (walk me through a DCF, what is EBTIDA, etc.. nothing too crazy). Group interview with the two hiring managers( VP SVP level) consisted of technicals, why Citi? Why finance? Why Buffalo.
