1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview wasn't very technical at all. Just asked for basic knowledge on types of debt, a little bond math, etc. Most of it was him explaining what the group's function is within the overall investment bank. Not sure how well you can judge a candidate if you’re doing most of the talking.
