Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received an email from a recruiter asking a couple of few basic questions (what is your experience, explain blah blah on your resume, etc...) then was asked to schedule a time for an interview. Next I had a 1 on 1 interview with someone in their department asking basic finance questions (how does x work in excel, etc...). Finally I had a Group interview with a couple of people around the finance department asking both technical and soft questions.
