Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview is split into two stages. The first one consists of 1 on 1 interview with the HR manager, which performs a background check and reasoning for the application. The second is a group interview, where you have 2 specialists/analysts and 1 manager from the department that you were applying to. They question the background, trying to figure out how deep you're into the subject matter of finance knowledge that is used on that job. They may give 4-5 questions regarding some knowledge of the particular financial field that is relevant to the position.
