Global Commercial Risk Analyst Program

Applied through job posting on campus career site in December. Got an email in early/mid February to schedule a phone interview with a MD that week. Heard back a week later that I got a final round super-day invitation in late February. Went to the super-day at the office at Court Square. Had three separate 30 minute interviews with MDs, including one from the Dallas office who flew in to interview. There were about 15 people interviewing for this program, and I was told about 3 or so would receive offers.

The super-day was on Friday, heard back on Monday that I received an offer. Received offer letter in an email later that week and accepted the offer the week after.
