Applied through my school's career connection network. The company scheduled a phone interview via email and called around predetermined time. It was a heavy accented guy who interviewed me for the job. He asked for some basic questions first such as walk me through your resume, why are you interested in finance, what do you know about citi, why Citi, why Hong Kong, are you authorized to work here, are you fluent in Cantonese,(conversation switches to Cantonese), what do you know about our group, what kind of work do we do... etc. Then at the end of the interview, he hung up and said he will contact me for further information. I learned my rejection via email.
