Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round phone interview with recruiter: strictly behavioral, usual (why banking, why us, tell me about yourself)
Superday: 4 rounds of 20 minutes. Mine all were associates, don't know if that was true for everybody. Virtually all behavioral but less of the usual order (tell me about yourself, why banking, why us). Instead, it was much more free-wheeling and conversational, going with the flow. Got about 3 technicals across all four interviews (a badly worded questions about CC valuation, walk me through DCF). Overall, very great. Even the worst guy I had was just being cold and nothing crazy.
