IBD Summer Analyst

3 telephone interviews for the first round. Behavioural and Tech mixed
Superday: 2 1-on-1 interviews with Directors/MDs (mostly fit), 1 Financial Times analysis interview, 1 Group case presentation.

I actually think that the 3 telephone interviews for the first round are harder than the Superday's. If you are applying Hong Kong, you might be asked to answer certain questions in Mandarin during the phone interviews. However, most interviewers are very nice and kind (i.e. they don't start by "walking me through an LBO" lol). Having said that, I do get an analyst from FIG asking me DDM, etc.
