Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with 3 phone interviews. One VP, one associate and one analysts. Good mix of technicals and behavorials. Then superday in December/January in New York. Five interviews with case study and language tests( Mandarin). Two MDs were involved and mostly behavorials. One director focused a lot of technicals, especially on DCF and accounting. Case study is about a recommendation to where a company should start a new manufacturing plant. Four people in a group and presented to MDs and Associates.
