ICG Analyst

Citigroup recruited at my campus. I spoke with a representative there and received more information to apply online. I completed the online applications and then I received an email for a "video-interview" where I was asked a few questions and had to respond to them through my computer's webcam. I was also given a quiz on Excel skill tests, it was like 5 easy questions on pivot tables and data sorting. A week after completing this portion of the application I received an email from a recruiter saying that I was selected for a phone interview. I had my phone interview with the person who is now my immediate boss. The conversation lasted about twenty minutes and was completely about fit and why I wanted to work in the finance industry and for Citi; I was asked no technicals. Immediately after my phone interview I received my offer letter in my email inbox. Very pleasant process.
