Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and was invited to a Superday in Charlotte, NC. The Superday consisted of the Global Risk and Quantitative Finance Intern to Analyst Conversions and very few people looking for a summer position. In my group of people interviewing for summer analyst positions, there were 3 people including myself. I got to Charlotte mid-day the day before the interview and was checked in to a hotel inside/in the same building as the Global HQ. That same day, in the evening, intern to analyst conversions and prospective summer analysts met in the lobby, were given a voucher for food and other expenses, and were then led to a networking event with AVP and SVPs level. A few MDs and higher ups but they left early into the event. After attending the event, everyone went back to the hotel. The next day, I went to the hotel conference room and was given an interview time/names of people who were going to interview me. Breakfast and snacks were provided. Everyone (summer and conversions) were in the conference room and everyone had a good/cheery vibe. The recruiters were very nice, hung out with everyone in the conference room, and some of the senior people from the networking event dropped by to eat some food and hang out with everyone in the conference room. During all of this, groups of 3-4 people were led out of the conference room and into another room where they were interviewed. My group consisted of 3 people (we were the only people being interviewed for Summer positions) and each of us had a 45 minute interview with 3 different higher ups at the SVP level across different risk types/functions.
