Investment Banking Analyst

Interviewed for Investment Banking at Citi through the summer transfer process. All interns across all divisions had a chance to network and interview with other divisions during the last week of the internship. I was in another front office role that I cannot disclose due to privacy concerns. Process consisted of sending in a resume to the IBD recruiter, and waiting to hear back if I got a superday, which I did. They made it sound like it was impossible to get an offer if you didn't network, but the more impossible thing was tracking down and getting anyone to network with when both the bankers and interns like myself had crazy hours. Superday was standard three one-on-one interviews, consisting of two qualitative and one quantitative interview. Interviewed Friday, heard back on Monday.
