Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through the alumni of my school. It took a very long time to hear back every single time. First, was screened by alumni in November. Didn't hear back about Superday until February.
I think the people is very standard of the IB community. Some were friendly, some were not.
My screening from the alumni was a lot more difficult than Citi's Superday.
2 behavioral (one more geared towards leadership), and one technical. Technical was not that bad, just the standard DCF, 3 statement questions.
