Investment Banking Analyst

Was referred by someone on the Media & Telecom team for a FT hire. At first I did 4 phone interviews which were all very technical. Went in the next morning and had three in person interviews with VP's, which were a little more behavioral. After that, I was contacted by HR and was invited to the superday. The superday was 3 interviews with VP's and Directors and were much more behavioral. Recieved an offer a few hours after leaving the office, but I also had a competing offer with a MM IB exploding that day which accelerated the time line.
