Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Knew a friend from school who recently lateraled to Citi and asked him to refer me for an opening i saw online. Had two phone interviews with an associate and a VP before being invited to the office for a super day with 4 VPs/directors. Was brought in for a second super day with 3 associates and VPs. Ultimately was never contacted about next steps.
