Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got a referral from a friend's dad who is very high up in the company. That really fast-tracked my process. I didn't need to do any pre-tests or a phone screen.
They paid for my transport to New York to interview. I had one completely behavioral interview for an hour, and it went well. A few days later they called me up and I got the offer.
For more background, I was also interviewing very late in the game. It was sophomore spring at the time and I was interviewing for a position that was intended for current juniors who had applied the previous academic year or in the fall.
