Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Basically if you're selected, you go through a phone interview with HR (standard behavioral questions) then get invited to the superday at the NY office (388 Greenwich St). There are two 30-min interviews for each division and for the SOARS program, you can interview for various divisions (ex. IBD, S&T, Corporate Banking etc. with 2 interviews for each division for a total of 6 in this scenario). The interviewers will be professionals from the respective divisions and usually associate level and above. After the interviews you are free to go home, and you will hear back regarding the decisions on the same day. (either rejected, on hold, or admitted)
