Began with on-campus interview. Next round was superday in their office. Met with 5 people and that was it. One of the shorter superdays that I had.
One of the nerdiest offices in Chicago hands down at least at the analyst level. Very bright guys but definitely not very sociable. It became pretty evident during the first round. They are also taking on a reputation of a sweat shop lately after the guys from UBS came over (Co-Head of Global M&A). That MD has a general Midwest focus while there are other MDs that focus on autos, coal, and steel.
