Applications must be made online. I was contacted relatively late. First, I had two 30-minute phone interviews. Being successful at this stage they invited me to their assessment centre in London. They called me three days before the AC.
At the assessment centre, we spent the morning on a case study and had to read the FT and summarize three different articles. In the afternoon, we all had two 30-minute competency-based interviews, a presentation of the case study we worked on in the morning and the presentation of the FT articles we chose.
