The first interview was a 2 on 1 with a VP and Associate. The VP led the questions while the Associate wrote down the answers. Ask good questions at the end
The superday consisted of a 4 interviews ranging from Directors to associates. Mostly fit questions, but really appreciated when you could find a bridge between the interviewer and yourself. They had a written technical test at the end which required you to do Accretion/Dilution math.
