Investment Banking Summer Associate

Citi's Interview Process was very involved. I met with several recruiting/HR representatives at a summer finance conference. All the representatives were kind and professional. I then was asked to conduct 2 rounds of informational interviews with a VP of HR and and and IBD MD. After having success in that round, I was invited back to NY for two, back-to-back, days of interviewing. With an average of 4 interviewers each day, interview sessions started at the VP level, and then worked up to the Director and MD level. At every level the bankers were very professional, and really wanted me to prove that I was a good cultural fit and that I had a passion for pursuing a career in investment banking.
