Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communication with the company was on campus. We met with numerous bankers in several different teams/groups. I started developing a more targeted relationship with a specific team in the IBD. I had 2-3 informational interviews with Associates. I had 1-2 more informational interviews in their offices. Formal interviews took place on campus. It was a 2 on 1 interview. Final round interviews were in their offices. I had a 2 on 1 interview and then a 1 on 1 interview with a MD.
