Lat Am IB Summer Analyst

Dropped my resume through my school's career portal. Received an invitation for a 1st round phone interview. 1st round was a 30 minute 2 on 1 and consisted mainly of telling my story and talking about my interest in Latin America. About a third of the call consisted of technicals (mostly valuation and accounting).

I then received an invitation to the superday in the New York office which consisted of five 30 minute interviews (1 on 1, 2 on 1 interviews with analysts, associates, and vps). Only one interview was highly technical and focused on valuation and LBOs. Most of the interviews were mainly about fit and my interest in the region.

Great people and a top notch group if you are interested in/have some sort of tie to Latin America. Overall a good interview experience.
