1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Email to schedule an interview next week. Scheduled for Friday next week, then moved to Thursday. We talked on the phone, 1 analyst and 1 associate at the same time.
Next day, Friday evening, email saying I was invited to Superday next week Thursday. Initially at 4 pm but then moved to 1 pm.
On interview day, they seemed pretty busy, there were 5 other interviewees. 3 into a different part of the building and 3 to a different part. Met with 2 associates and 1 VP. Interview with VP was interrupted because he had forgotten we had to talk to a client, so it was short lived.
