Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was hired through campus recruiting. Placement process began in July and lasted for 2-3 weeks. Two rounds of interviews - the first was with 3 directors. The second round was with the MD of the group. Mostly fit questions with one interviewer focused solely on technicals.
Passed the first round and found out within 2 days that I was moving on to the second round. A week after the second round, I was offered the role and started one week after.
