What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process seems to be quite random. My interview consisted of a 30 minute chat with relatively few competency questions and no technicals. It seemed like the interviewer (my boss) was trying to assess whether he could work with me for 3 months and that was about it. I know several other interns had a much more competency based interview where the interviewer essentially read off a list of questions given to them by HR.
