Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had met a bunch of people involved in the private bank through general networking. I got a referral from an analyst I met and had a phone interview about a month after. It was a half-hour long and didn't consist of any unexpected questions. The guy was really nice and we had a fairly casual chat. He asked about my background and why I'm interested in private banking, especially since I had no private banking/private wealth management experience. He also asked who I had met at the bank so far.
