Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The initial communication with the firm/group was very positive. I was reached out to by the group specifically for the interview and everyone was very nice. The interview was very organized through the admin with formal calendar invites etc. For the non-target summer analyst recruiting I participated in, it only consisted of one phone interview with the hiring manager. Advice for other interview candidates would be to read up as much as you can on the municipal finance industry as well as review basic bond math you learn in corporate finance or real estate courses.
