Quantitative Trading and Analysis Summer Analyst

Saw job posting on University Career Website back in early January and then submitted resume. Got first round interview on Campus around two weeks later. First round interview was half hour technical interview with three questions. First question was a programming question, second was a probability one about rolling three dice, and last was a calculus question with integration. Around a week later got invited to final round Interview in New York. The final round interview consisted of eight interviews (two of which were technical). The first thing we did was take a 30 minute math test of eight questions that consisted of calculus and logic problems. One interview was all programming based and another was all geometry/calculus. Last two interviews were with traders and were mainly behavioral. Got called up with an offer on the same day. Don't worry about acing every single interview, just show them that you are passionate about working here. Overall a very positive interview experience from start to finish.
