Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of behavioral only conversation over zoom with a junior. we spoke about dealing with difficulty, leadership and so on. Then asked about hobbies and what area of S&T Im interested in. Afterwhich I moved to final round a week after. It was 3 back to back zooms. one behavioral, one market based, and one reviewing a case study that we were given 30 minutes before it all started. The case study involved allocating funds to yield different results. Overall very clear process
