The first round was a Zoom interview with an analyst, consisting of basic behavioral questions and a general assessment of market knowledge. The next round was the Superday, which included three interviews and one case study to prepare for before the first interview. You are given 30+ minutes to complete the case study, which involves making recommendations on a company's asset allocations (equities, ETFs, bonds, FX). You are provided with some information about the market environment and the company itself.

The second interview focused on technicals (I think this one really depends on the interviewer). The interviewer asked about markets, stocks, how to handle downside risk in a stock, and what actions to take in response to certain news headlines. Surprisingly, they didn’t ask much about technical terms like durations, convexity, or options Greeks. The last interview consisted of behavioral and scenario-based questions.
