Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The super day was one of the harder sales and trading interviews that I have done. it was split into 3 20 min interviews, one technical, one behavioral and one case study. The technical questions asked me about hypotheticals if I were a rates trader which really caught me off guard. Over all I also did not vibe with any of the interviewers, they all seemed disinterested and not wanting to be there.
