Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

Got the First Round mainly through alumni networking w/ analysts, associates, and directors. First-round was very much fit questions, asking general view on the markets and definitely pushed on past experiences. I heard back a couple of weeks later about super day, which was 3 30-min video interviews. 2 fit interviews and going over past experiences/etc, and 1 technical interview. This can really go either way and honing in on any topic that you bring up. I pitched them a corporate bond so they dug deep into Bid OAS, other spreads of competitors, how to hedge risk, etc. Overall very, very supportive group of people! Was offered the summer position a week after superdays.
