Sales, Trading and Quantitative Analyst Program

I had a first round interview in the Boston office after applying through my campus portal. I networked with an alum from my college and listed his name on the application. I received a call within a week and went in for the interview a week later. The interview was with a senior trader and the other worked in International Equity Sales. Other interviewees interviewed 1-on-1, I think it was random. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral and fit questions and was pretty straight forward. Was very much where you wanted to take it and I'd recommend trying to guide the interview and really sell yourself and your strengths through these questions because it is very competitive. The most technical question I received was where are the indexes today. Straight forward interview.
