Sales & Trading Summer Internship

First round interview was on the phone. Got invited back for a superday day, was put into an office on the trading floor and had about 6 different employees come in for a 1 on 1 interview. There were technical questions, behavioral, and qualitative. Some interviewers tried to stress you out and put you under pressure, others were sincere and wanted to have a conversation.
