Security Services Summer Analyst

Had first round phone interview after filling out application online. Phone interview is with analysts and the person is very nice and relaxed. They want to be there to provide more information about what they enjoyed most, not to grill you or have you speechless. Then I was invited to Superday. The superday consists of a one-hour case study where no previous knowledge of finance is required (but obviously preferred). Then comes 2 fit interviews, one technical interview about market, and one where you present your case study findings 1 on 1. All superday interviews are with Directors, but they are all very nice and want to guide you throughout the process.
