Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially I was offered an interview. After I did not respond after an hour (I was in a different time zone and it was literally an hour) and they called me to confirm whether or not I'd like to take up the interview offer. I received the offer on a Friday and interview on a Tuesday. 15 minute interview with basic motivational questions (Why Citi? Why this division? Take me through your CV? And do you have any questions? I was told on that call I'd be proceeding to the next interview. I received the email invite for that interview three weeks later for that same week. The second interview was with an MD. All competence questions that I cannot recall. I was also asked about what experience I had with Excel and general data analysis/ presentation.
