What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Step 1: Online Application, CV and Covering Letter
Step 2: HR then rejects some candidates, and then sends out test invites to those whose application they like (Numerical - Talent Q)
Step 3: Candidates will be rejected if they don't meet the benchmark, those that do are under review again (they check your application as well). Longest waiting period
Step 4: Telephone Interview
Step 5: Offer (I found out a week after)
Interview:
Stated to be 30 mins but I finished mine in half the time, including questions to HR. The interview was mainly competencies, testing your answers/examples against their values. Follow up questions are asked on your answers, so the interview wasn't entirely structured.
