Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My school is not a big target school for Citi but they still recruit on campus. I was lucky to get an on campus interview and made it to the superday to get the offer. I feel that when a school isnt a top target - superdays tend to be more "challenging" because compared to my other experiences - I definitely felt they had more interviewers and the settings (no breaks, no interviewer list) was more challenging than at other firms (some probably more "prestigious")
