What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There're two stages for the interview, the first one is giving you three papers to read, all for markets news, and you need to present in front of a group one by one, there will also be a short discussion with the interviewer. The second stage is being asked questions by the second interviewer, almost based on the interviewer's main jobs, including the understanding of recent big news, and your interpretation and prediction, its influence, also the typical asset allocation questions.
