Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through OCR after extensive networking. First round was a phone interview with an associate and a VP; mix of behavioral qs, basic technicals (Valuation, rly basic accounting), and some questions on financial markets (during COVID crisis). Superday consisted of three interviews, two purely behavioral and one technical. Superday technicals were about equally difficult but I was also asked to pitch two stocks (one long position and one short position).
