Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with a lot of alums beforehand, all went exceedingly well. Was reached out to by recruiter the day before. First rounder, just a 1 on 1 zoom with an employee who was high up in my school's recruiting. I did good on the technicals (nothing at all out of the box for a BB, accounting & valuation methods). Did mediocre on the behaviorals, which was further complicated by the fact that the interviewer was very much not a fan of something on my resume. Probably wouldn't have gotten it anyways but that certainly didn't help. Standard behaviorals mostly, although one was a tad out of the box. Did not receive offer.
