Summer Analyst

After applying, I was invited to complete a KF numerical reasoning test. About two weeks later, I was notified that I had a phone interview scheduled for the next day, so quite little notice. Phone interview was split into two interviews, one competency and one technical. Both interviewers were really friendly and all the questions were very fair.
The following week, I was notified I had an assessment centre via Zoom, again scheduled for the next day. The AC was split into three interviews with three different interviewers (2 competency and 1 technical) from various parts of the division. As with the phone interviews, the conversations were very easygoing and the questions were fair, it felt more like a simple conversation rather than an interview.
I was phoned with an extended offer early the next week.
