What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Previously had networked with 3 analysts before getting a first round interview at Citi. First round interview was a 30 minute phone interview with an analyst that covered mostly technical questions and was invited to the superday around a week later. Superday was virtual where you were passed through most of the office in 30 minute interviews that were mostly behavioral (however, most of the junior bankers asked technical questions as well).
