Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via Handshake. Recruiter reached out a few weeks later to set up a round one, which consisted of a Zoom one-on-one with an associate. R1 consisted of mostly behavior questions, and a few technical (how do fstatements link, valuation models, etc). Recruiter promptly reached out to schedule round two which was slated to be technical. It was another Zoom, but this time two-on-one. However, instead of technical topics, it was more behavioral dialogue. Despite sending prompt follow ups, never heard from the firm again.
